This Disclaimer applies to letspirit.com and to all Let’s Spirit content, coaching, courses, programmes and digital products, including videos on the Let’s Spirit YouTube channel.

1. Educational and spiritual content

Let’s Spirit offers spiritual teaching, coaching and practices for personal reflection and growth. The content is provided for educational and inspirational purposes. While I put great care into it, I do not guarantee any particular outcome, because results depend on many factors, especially your own engagement.

2. Not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice

Let’s Spirit coaching is not psychotherapy, counselling, medical treatment or a licensed health service, and I do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Nothing on this website or in my programmes replaces advice from a qualified doctor, psychologist, lawyer or financial adviser. Do not stop or change any treatment without speaking to your healthcare provider.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency number (112 in the EU, 911 in the USA, 110/119 in Japan, 112/119 in South Korea) or a crisis line in your country right away. Coaching is not suitable during an acute mental health crisis.

3. Astrology

I use astrology as a symbolic map for self-knowledge and reflection. It is not presented as scientific fact or as a prediction of future events, and it should not be the sole basis for medical, legal, financial or other important decisions.

4. Practices, meditation and movement

Some practices involve breathing, meditation, visualisation or gentle movement. Take part only within your own limits, and consult a doctor first if you are pregnant, have a medical or psychiatric condition, or are unsure whether a practice is right for you. You take part at your own discretion.

Testimonials on this website are real experiences shared by clients and course participants, sometimes shortened, and published with their permission, usually with first names only. They reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or typical result. Your own experience may differ.
